Here at Chad Gray Reptiles, we believe in the quality of our animals. We therefore completely guarantee each and every animal to be honestly represented in every way. All animals are sold feeding, correctly and safely sexed, free of external parasites, and with a genetics guarantee if purchasing any non-visible (heterozygous) morphs. We stand behind our packaging and shipping procedures and guarantee live arrival and complete satisfaction. Please read through this page to familiarize yourself with out policies and procedures.

 Payment- Payment is required in full prior to the shipping/delivery of any animals. We accept most forms of payment, including credit cards via PAYPAL, Personal and certified checks, and Cash. Checks must clear before any animal will be shipped, and occasionally trades for animals that would fit in well with our current projects. We do realize the need and convenience of payment plans and offer the following terms for payment plan customers:

 1. All payment plans extending beyond three months incur a 10% fee of the total purchase price. While the animals are in our care, they will continue to be fed, housed, and maintained in accordance with our high standards and this, unfortunately, results in added expense and labor on our end and we ask this modest amount to help cover those expenses.

2. No payment plan will extend beyond 6 months or be for less than a $700 purchase. We offer a few tailored payment plans to serve a wide range of budgets.

All payment terms (due dates, amounts, etc.) will be established on an individual customer basis.

3. All payment plans are non-refundable unless a problem occurs with the animal(s) while under our care. If a problem does occur, a 100% refund will be sent to you immediately. Payments may be transferred to other animals, should you change your mind during the payment period.

Shipping- Shipping is paid by us on orders of $1000 or more. We ship with Ship Your Reptiles via Fed Ex. Sorry, but we no longer offer shipping through UPS. We regularly attend the fall NARBC reptile show in Tinley Park, IL and will deliver orders to that show free of charge that have been paid for or have recieved a 50% deposit for. Sorry, but we do not allow pickups or tours of our business under normal circumstances, but occassionally make exceptions.

Shipments will be guaranteed for live arrival providing the temps are between 40 degrees and 90 degrees ferenheit, and someone accepts the package on the first delivery attempt. I am not responsible for carrier errors, and the guarantee is void if the temps are not in my scheduled range, you do not accept package on the first delivery attempt, and or any error by the carrier.

An actual person MUST be present to accept delivery or all guarantees are void. We cannot be responsible for packages left at door steps in the sun or cold for extended periods of time. Once received, open and inspect content thoroughly. You must contact us within 24 hours if there are any problems with your order.
